WorkSource Enterprises has enriched the lives of Virginians with disabilities through its nationally accredited job training, employment and community integration programs since 1967. Approximately half of WorkSource revenues are generated by small businesses that it owns and operates, including BreadWorks Bakery & Deli - www.breadworks.org. Over 100 employers hired WorkSource clients who earned over $1.6 million in taxable wages last year. Many regional firms utilize WorkSource for assembly, packaging and mailing services. WorkSource maintains a great relationship with the Greene County Department of Social Services and provides intensive services to citizens of Greene County who are transitioning from welfare to work.
